Contacted these guys about creating a porch addition and man did they deliver! Showed up on-time, stayed on budget and finished in lightning speed. Quality of construction and execution of design is some of the best I have personally seen and had the fortune to receive! Every one of the crew are easy to approach and fun to be around. The company that originally installed my roof is no longer in business. I contacted the shingles company(Owen’s Corning) to get a referral in my area. Build Tek was on the list. After reading reviews of the suggested companies, I selected Build Tek to check out a roof leak. Aaron was able to fit me in quickly the same day! He provided great customer service, knowledgeable and was very professional. Aaron examined the roof and found two area that was possibly the cause for the leak. He stated it was not a major leak and would like to come one day when it’s raining to make sure of its exact location. Highly recommended this company. I found them in a local search of my area and they were extremely responsive and professional. They came out and did a quote for me quickly. I did price around and they are reasonably priced. I called and they got me scheduled within the week to have the work completed. They replaced 3 vents on my roof and resealed the area that was previously leaking. They provided photos of everything they were doing, answered all my questions, and used quality products (see the pix of the old vs what they installed). We had a storm which included 9+ inch downpour of rain in just a few hours, and quite a bit of hail and high winds. After researching and discovering that our next door neighbors at the other end of our lake had the same issues, and had hired Build-Tek, I was able to see that process. Being impressed, I also hired them. Their coordinator, Justin Huff, worked well with our insurance adjuster, then handling the scheduling of the trades and communications with me. Once scheduled, and materials available, work started quickly. The roofing crew started at 6 am on their day and by 6 pm, our house and two out buildings had been stripped, new roofs on, thorough clean up performed, and job completed. All I can say is wow! Cody and Joe came by to inspect my roof, identified storm damage. Looked through my insurance plan, we filed a claim, a week later my State Farm Insurance Adjuster came out with Cody and Joe to verify finding's and then State Farm offered a full replacement. Few days later the full roof was replaced. Their knowledge on each step was incredible, they walked me through the process and made what would have been a dreaded experience, an easy experience!
