Pur Ayr was amazing from my very first interaction with them until the very end of their service. When I called to ask questions and get an estimate on duct cleaning, they told me exactly what to expect from start to finish (including communication styles, prices, and the entire operation in great detail). 2we were able to schedule a cleaning within the same week! They communicated very and the day-of they let me know they were on the way. Once they arrived, the crew verified everything again before starting. They found mold in our unit and cleaned it throughly for an additional cost (that was discussed on the phone during the estimate and again after they found the mold, before continuing on). The service was absolutely amazing and prompt. I was on a waiting list for fireplace cleaning (understandable due to the weather circumstances) but they were able to come the following week. They were very professional and their work is very diligent. Will be using their services again!

I had them out to clean out my dryer vent. They have done it before and do an excellent job. On time, service person was very pleasant. And the lady in the office who takes calls is very pleasant. Recommend and will use them again.

This was our first time using Pur Ayr and the service was excellent! Our technician Lamont and Dillon were on time and very professional. Lamont carefully explained the work to be done and kept us informed throughout the inspection and duct cleaning. He was very thorough in making sure that our service was great and that everythingwas cleaned up when complete! I highly recommend this company and will use them for my next duct cleaning.
