True 5-Start. We purchased bathroom vanities and kitchen cabinets along with butcher block for the large kitchen's island. The products look great but even more than the product, the level of follow up, service and support in resolving a few issues has been old school level, meaning they called when they said, they arrived on time, the adjustments were precise and the people who came to the house were so kind and professional. They were all like family by the end of the project. Highly recommended and will return for any further needs.

We used Builder Specialties to help design our kitchen remodel- it had water damage from previous owners and was very dated and functioned poorly. It was hard to envision what we could create, but Laura helped us pull together what we liked and came up with a cohesive design. It was expensive, but that is to be expected nowadays with price inflation and such- the quote was exactly what they delivered, and they worked with our installer to replace a couple damaged cabinets, even after we'd accepted the delivery. We really love how it turned out! Quality company with good product and professionalism to back it up. We hope to work with them again for some future cabinetry plans. They also did an amazing job getting the countertops arranged and ensured quality throughout.

My mother went to the store and talked with the manager, Ben. He promised a follow up and in-home measurments to get new countertops. To date, he has yet to show, yet to call back. She has called a couple of times but no replies. I would avoid if you have a small job. Update-reply to Steve--website shows Ben McF as Sales & Systems Manager.

Laura is very talented and she is a fantastic communicator who breaks down each step of decision making for the customer. She gave us many options each step of the selection process and work meticulously with me to help bring the vision to reality. The cabinet line I chose exceeded my options and while there was one shipping damaged item it was resolved immediately and professionally. I would not hesitate to work with Builder Specialties again.
