Builders America Inc has consistently done excellent work of cleaning, sanding, and oiling a Brazilian wood (IPE) deck every 1-3 years. The attached photo 01 shows the weathered deck in October 2025. The attached photo 02 shows the same deck after Builders America completed cleaning, sanding, and oiling the deck in November 2025.

The entire team is amazing. Stan and Juan did an almost undoable job of getting our floating stair landing jacked up and secured so that it did not come out of the wall. They were creative in the design, efficient, prompt, and professional plus they did it all in one day. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!
