We were having an issue with igniting one of our fireplaces and I was becoming very frustrated after attempts from my husband to address it were unsuccessful, We contacted Chimney Pro after reading the great customer reviews - and happy that we did. The technician Nir was able to expertly address our issue with so much efficiency . I would highly recommend this company to anyone having issues or needing preventative maintenance on their fireplace or chimney. The owner even called me to ensure that I was happy with the service .
