We had a fantastic experience with Builders and Remodelers, Inc! The process from start to finish was easy and smooth. When we called with questions, they were answered immediately or a return call was made to us in a timely manner. The installation crew was amazing! They were very respectful of our property. The crew was very courteous and they all worked so well together - removing the old windows and doors and then installing the new ones with such efficiency in January in MN! When all installation was completed, they took great care in cleaning up inside and outside the house! I highly recommend Builders and Remodelers, Inc!

After a couple speed bumps with our new windows, Builders and Remodelers showed that they are a company that cares about their work. They got everything fixed up and addressed all of our concerns. They also did it in a timely manner, and the windows look great. I look forward to having them finish the rest of the house.

We hired Builders & Remodelers to install a custom front door, drawn in by their promise of a full-service experience—from sales through installation. While the finished product ultimately looks good, the process to get there was frustrating and far below expectations. We signed the contract in September with an estimated 8–12 week timeline for completion. The door wasn’t installed until March—three to four months after the original estimate—and even then, the work was incomplete. Additional finishing work didn’t happen until April, and that work left the door in poor condition, with visible damage to the frame and trim.
