I will admit that sometimes during a pick-up, you might find yourself having to wait a while before you get loaded... However that's genuinely only because they're so great at their job, that everyone in town is going there for their materials as well. Clearly people believe the service is worth the wait in line; or there wouldn't be a line, right?

Management is a joke but the employees like calvin, joe, Terry and Gail make it a somewhat bareable place to work but other then that customer service is pretty good depending on what order picker takes your order
