Just a homeowner doing a large project, BFS was wonderful to use. Mike and Patty in sales were so easy to work with, knowledgable, and helpful. Even with me being off with terms and proper names for lumber 🤣. Delivery was always fast, returns seamless, even the yard guy was really nice and helpful. Had a great selection of really nice tools too. Can’t speak higher of these guys!!

I ordered number two premium grade to be delivered and only 20% meet standards laid out by ALSC and CLSAB the rest were either low quality or trash they wasted my time and money when all they had to do was pay attention while they loaded. a few bad pieces is acceptable but when the majority of the pile is trash, that’s just negligence or they tried to get one past me.

Ordered trim and door casings to replace my existing through out the house. Also having it painted and delivered. Lynette has been great to work with and very patient with my questions. Thanks
