My experience was well above my expectations dealing with Neil was a pleasure he is very knowledgeable and on point. He helped me and my team through the project and from the kitchen cabinets to the bathroom vanity plus the farmer doors was real wood and great quality. We even got windows for my house and business and the quality was super excellent. Can't forget my guy that helped load the products in my vehicle it was a pleasure talking to him it feels like talking to family when I come here they all have a great personality and being to the fact I own a business and can respect great personality people and I gotta say Builders Surplus in Central Falls have a great team! I’m a contractor. Builders Surplus is one of my go to spots for certain items. I see Teresa for my everyday walk-in purchases and Neil for any special order needs. Both super easy to work with. They carry the items they carry and do those well for their intended target market. Their name (Surplus part) is actually kind of misleading as they carry lots of brand new, always in stock items. Doors, trim, cabinets, etc. Lead times on any special order items is fantastic. Purchasing and pickup up is super easy. Park a few feet away from the door, products just inside the door, and you’re back on the road in no time.

We went in without a contractor looking to update a very old kitchen. Heather helped us design our kitchen and was so patient with us. We did have an issue with a cabinet that was not assembled right, but they reordered the cabinet and it was perfect! and the bad assembler no longer works there. We are in love with our new kitchen!
