It's too bad because they actually have decent products and prices, you just have to be aware of everything you do there because you're not in their best interest, believe me on that one. And don't expect customer service, they're basically a one and done shop since they could care less if you ever come back. They are apparently not interested in building long-term customer relationships with developers and contractors. Dock & shipping workers are awesome though, only bright spot in this sad, poorly run business.

Great place for clear pine & hardwoods (oak, poplar, mahogany), doors & cabinets & some (unusual) tiles. No studs, sheetrock etc. Finish quality lumber here is abt 35-40% less than Homeless Depot...

Best place to go for building materials and the guys are always helpful !

Excellent customer service at the West Warwick Store. Dot was very helpful and so easy to work with. Helping design what we needed with ease. Received Order today, delivery guy “Kenny” was excellent as well. Very helpful, super polite and handled everything coming off the truck with care. Considering the cabinets are all white I really appreciated how careful he was with pulling them out of the truck. Very professional on both ends. So much more then what you see in the warehouse as well.
