Builders Wholesale Flooring

I did not pick this company. My builder did that being said I would never use them or recommend them to anyone. within 30 days of installing a waterproof/Scratch resisting PVC flooring it broke all throughout the house. Right off the bat the manager tried blaming it on what we were cleaning the floors with. I had to call them multiple times as they never would get back with me. Had to get the manufacturer and home builder involved. They sent there installer out to replace boards but they just broke days later. Finally there solution was to replace the whole house with the same exact floors. I told them I did not want to do that when they had there installer without notice show up with the material. The manager assured me this was a different material and the warranty would start all over a

Bruce and Mike are both unprofessional and untrustworthy. They over bill you for flooring. If you want a professional this is not the place to bring your business. Over charge you and if you ask about the bill and why they didn’t order flooring on work that was agreed two weeks ago they’ll threaten to call the law on you. The way they do business, it’s surprising their doors are still open

They try to find the best solution to any issues to arise and explain the process and possible causes.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I sat in their showroom waiting room for over 30 minutes. No one spoke or even came to see if anyone was in the lobby. I’ve called 7 times and get sent to the sales answering machine every time
