I rent from them but will be leaving the end of the month. They are very rude they do not communicate and they do not want to fix anything. The day I moved in you can tell they just slapped things together. Things started falling apart day one. Also a plumber came and said they didn’t put correct pipes on and ceiling has been leaking and sinks stay clogged all they want is money and do not care about their tenants.

This provider has come out on a number of occasions to provide electrical service. I've had them update my electrical panel to allow me to have extra electrical outlets, they troubleshot issues with light switches that weren't working accordingly and corrected those issues. Lastly but most importantly they helped me with installing several outside floodlights and cameras on my dark property. I couldn't be happier with their service and I'm referring them to everyone I know that has electrical needs.

Excellent service. Fast, friendly and prompt. Corrected leaking pipe issues under kitchen sink.
