While thorough and professional in the consultation for attic insulation, Alex’s team left my house an absolute wreck. Nobody on the work crew used foot coverings which left the floors in my home extremely dirty, they scratched my upstairs stairwell walls to the point they needed to be refinished, pulled the handrail off the wall, and left building material such as nails, screws, and other foreign objects throughout my home. When speaking to Alex about this he at first was very understanding and apologetic about the condition they left my home in but this tone changed when it came time for payment. Alex minimized the damage done and then told me based on it “being one of the worst weather days of the year” the job was done well (it snowed maybe 3 inches). I would look elsewhere for insula

Bps did a great job foaming my walls blowing cellulose in the attic! They làyed down drop clothes covered my belongings and even had corner protectors to protect my walls from the hoses they use. The guys were professional and clean and very informative of the whole process.great job guys👍

At first we were impressed with this company because we got a very thorough consultation and a fair price. When they arrived to insulate our attic spaces on the scheduled work day, they damaged our home to the point that we had to have a separate company come out to repair our walls. They dinged and scratched walls beyond what was reasonable, yanked a handrail out of the wall away from its screws, left nails/staples all over the floor, and left salty/muddy footprints all over every floor of our house including the bathroom, which was not a work area. We contacted our rep to send photos of the damage, never heard back, and a month later got sent an invoice for the full price. Finally got in touch with Alex, he tried to tell us the damage was "minimal" and was extremely rude. He also argued

I had cellulose insulation added to my attic and BPS did a great job. The crew was so nice and answered any questions I had the day of the job. They arrived on time and got right to work. Was done in about 2.5 hours. The crew was so clean and didn't leave any mess behind. They made sure to show me pictures of my attic and I was pleased. Alex (the manager) was great to work with too and also answered all my questions leading up to the job. Might I add Alex didn't try selling me something I wasn't interested in as I just wanted attic insulation. I loved that!! I would definitely recommend this company. :)

I had Building Performance Solutions install injection foam into the exterior walls of my garage as well as blow cellulose insulation into the garage attic. Alex was extremely professional answering all of the questions I had regarding the installation.
