Brian is professional, trustworthy, and a clear communicator. His work is top-notch and tidy. He completed our bathroom renovation by replacing our sink and vanity, installing a new storage mirror, retiling a small portion of our bathroom, and replacing two ceiling vent fans. We have hired him for other projects since and are always pleased with the quality of his work. Would absolutely recommend!

Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with. We had a rotting 3-season porch, window, and deck work that needed some ASAP repairs. He did a great job with all the parts that needed repairs. Brian is such a pleasure to work with and does incredible work! While he has completed several projects for us, Brian most recently replaced the three large pillars in front of our home. He took time to work with us on choosing the style, measured carefully and was so patient with our many questions. After much research, Brian opted against ordering the pillars as they would be shipped from across the country at a high rate and was worried what we would do if there was any sort of damange in transit. Instead, Brian purchased the materials and built them in our garage. After a few days of labor, the end result was outstanding! He communicates clearly and often and his rates are very reasonable. Built to Last (Brian) was recommended by my realtor. I moved into a new place in July and needed a handyman to help with some small projects. It was EXTREMELY difficult to find anyone who would come until I called Brian. He came and listened to what I needed. He provided great feedback and ALWAYS consulted me on his approach to fixing things and it was ALWAYS affordable. If he couldn't make an appointment, he would call ahead and reschedule. In this somewhat post-COVID, he was very respectful of my space and offered to wear a mask for my comfort. Brian started out installing a garbage cabinet pull out, fixing a light, and patching some cracks in the concrete patio. I hired Built to Last to do a renovation in one of my bathrooms. The work involved plumbing, installing a new sink/faucet/vanity, installing a new shower door, flooring and painting. The quality of Brian's work is outstanding. He also offered valuable suggestions for some tweaks that made the final outcome even better. A huge advantage is his broad skill set, so he can do a wide range of work without having to involve subcontractors. My wife and I are totally satisfied with the final outcome.
