Our original builder for our new home construction left us high & dry (after 3+ years)by taking us for an outrageous amount of money with only having about 50 percent of the home complete. Initially I thought Todd, and his team did a fantastic job. Upon further inspection the quality of work specifically in plumbing is not there. I sent both Todd and Natalie an Email with my concerns, and no response. I waited about two weeks, and we spoke about my concerns. We agreed let's have someone come over and view the work. I understand mistakes happen, and managing people is difficult. I gave my wife availability for the following 2-weeks just so we could have Todd, Natalie, or maybe a supervisor to look at the work. Again, no luck; seems we're just being ignored. They installed the incorrect fitting, and glued the bath tube flange to CPVC. They used PVVC instead of Copper to save money. Okay, fine, but then the CPVC installed doesn't have a threaded end. The employee hid his mist

It was a long process to have our pool cage rebuilt after the hurricane, but Natalie walked beside us the whole time. She was responsive, knowledgeable and professional and it was comforting to know she was advocating for us throughout. Highly recommend.

Todd’s team was attentive, thorough, fast, and high quality! They were able to assess a window leak that was causing lots of water damage in our condo. We had significant mold forming at the base and inside the wall. Todd’s team mitigated the mold and the smell that came with it. They repaired the leak, sealed the window, replaced drywall, textured, and painted to match the existing wall color. Excellent job Bulldog! Highly recommended!

I had some minor damage to my fence when Hurricane Milton went thru. I contacted Bulldog and they agreed to look at it even though it was a small job. They gave me a proposal and scheduled the work. The whole process only took about 2 weeks. I’m very satisfied with Bulldog. Natalie was more than helpful throughout the process.
