I had called earlier in the year after the ice storm because I was concerned about the status of my mast. I happened to run into him at one of my accounts and he took the time to follow me home, check the mast, educate me on the situation, and do a minor repair. Very honest. I would highly recommend.

I am so, incredibly grateful for Phil and Mark! Strong winds felled a tree that took out our powerline and yanked the meter right off the side of the house! Since that was on a Saturday, and then a snowstorm hit all day Sunday, I reached out on Monday morning. I was elated to hear the phone pick up, and Mark talked through the situation with me. I sent some initial details and photos, but Phil came out THAT DAY to assess things further and make a plan for Tuesday. I had the pleasure of seeing them both on Tuesday, and not only did things get put back where they should be, they both stayed to make sure everything was working great when the power company came to reconnect us.
