Chris did phenomenal job. Knowledgeable and competent and worked efficiently. installed multiple redundancies to prevent the pipe from freezing, including a local water cut-off valve, a drain, and added necessary pitch to enable the pipe to drain properly. I was very impressed with his work. pro tip: have cash available if you plan to tip; i was not able to add a tip with my CC bc its not enabled with B'dogs transaction service.

They were very no frills about the estimate via phone, and were able to send someone out to do our repair same day!
