The team was always on time, extremely professional, experienced, and very good at their craft. Their head painter Jim takes great care in ensuring everything is done right. Quality, quality work. Working with Susan on color was also an excellent experience. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. The end product is beyond our satisfaction and we would highly recommend them for any project. CertaPro Painters of Fox Valley did an outstanding job. From the estimate to the completion of our interior paint job , they exceeded our expectations. Second time they painted for us. First time process and quality was very good. Second time we were not around when they painted. The paint job was ok. A lot of paint splatter that wasn’t cleaned up. Biggest issue was a TV that was damaged by the painters and needs to be replaced. Contacted the owners talked to both Kevin annd Susan and they have not bothered to reply or get back to me . It’s not an expensive TV but the lack of follow up and accountability is not acceptable.
