bulldog refinishing

Beware !!!!! I purchased a clawfoot tub which I paid over $1100.00 for. it was delivered with an imperfection which happened to be on the outer side of the tub that everyone can see. I immediately contacted David and he offered to refund a measly $100.00 after me sending pictures of the imperfection and him going back and forth. This is going back to July of 2025. I have reached out to him via text message at least 4 or 5 times and each time getting an excuses from him but assuring me he would mail the check. Plus him Requesting me to send my mailing address to him , making a fool of me and to this day 3/09/26 I have yet to receive the $100.00 check. At this point it’s not the monetary I have issue with, it’s the principle of bad business, and definitely his word means nothing !!

We had the pleasure of doing business with David of Bulldog Refinishing! We went to his warehouse to view many of his refinished farmhouse sinks and found the perfect sink! He is pleasant, knowledgeable and does fantastic work! His prices are absolutely fair. I hope to to business with him again soon!

We highly recommend Bulldog Refinishing. We bought a historic home and wanted to preserve the cast-iron tub. Not only did Bulldog make it beautiful again, but the experience was excellent all around. David is a wonderful communicator and I appreciate how quickly he was able to send someone to refinish the tub after my contractor finished the bathroom. The technician took great care in our newly renovated bathroom and our home. He was polite, professional, and courteous. We love how our tub turned out! It is so bright and white! I have shared some before and after photos.

Dave was very knowledgeable, he was always able to communicate even while he was uncomfortably ill and understaffed. It was finished at the exact time we needed it and came out exactly the way we asked and he even gave us other suggestions that tailored to our situation. I will definitely refer bulldog refinishing to friends and family
