Was very pleased with the professionalism, service and price for a new heat pump ducted HVAC that replaced my existing LP furnace and AC system. The survey that Cody performed put me at ease that he both fully understood my requirements but also that he was up to date on the intricacies of new heat pump technologies. That K.O. HVAC is a Mitsubishi diamond elite rated contractor gave me confidence that they were well established and highly qualified. The installation took one day, they arrived when stated and cleaned up afterwards. The exterior work looks clean and they took extra care to make the ductwork blend in with the house. I would highly recommend K. O. HVAC for all heating and cooling work.

I wasn’t sure how handle getting the entire HVAC UNIT replaced. I got 3 estimates and decided to go with KO HVAC because of Cody explaining in what was involved and walked me through options I had to fit my needs. The financing was available if i wanted it. The men that came to install the unit were polite as I directed them to the basement and mindful of my dog. I am thrilled with the choices I made. The old unit was removed and new installed in a day. Caleb showed up up to look at the heating issues I was having with my ancient steam boiler. He was very professional didn't try to upsell me and was able to resolve all my issues very quick. The price was very reasonable and we now feel very comfortable getting through the rest of this winter and look forward to KO HVAC replacing this boiler in the spring. Can't thank them enough for the quick response time and quality service.

I was extremely happy with the service provided. I was given an appointment time with arrival between 10am and noon. At 9:45am I received a call to notify me the tech was on his way. He diagnosed the problem, gave me two options for repair as well some additional information regarding the age and state of my furnace. The repair went quickly and smoothly and the price was very reasonable which came as a great relief. The technicians were very friendly and professional.
