Unfortunately, this business demonstrated very unprofessional behavior. I also witnessed discriminatory treatment toward a customer who was simply different from them, which was deeply upsetting and unacceptable. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place.

They do not return calls, answer the phone or care much in general. Lady that runs the place is rude.

When I locked myself out of my house I found Kingston Lock on Google and someone showed up to help me so fast! They were able to get me back into my house and even fixed my keypad deadbolt that never worked quite right. Great service and really fairly priced!

Excellent, honest and reasonable service. They have gotten my business out of a jam several times. Service on our safe has always been A++ plus I would also highly recommend them for a security buzzer on the door. Much love and respect for this local company!

I came too the Kingston Locks twice & will be my last time the very first time I came to get 2 copies made for my 1974 beetle keys made up the owner she was very friendly wanted to come check out the car & even happily told me about how she had a beetle when she was a kid. But much like the second time going too Kingston Locks the owner (the elderly lady) cut the keys & it did not work just like the last time she would tell me its because shes copying from a older key & to make sure that the tumbler is lubricated. But that wasn't the problem it was the way she cut the keys so her son filed them down until they were exactly like the original key & even came out too the car to make sure the car would turn over with the new keys.
