Bulldog stairs sent me the wrong order, but will not answer the phone or an email. For over 2 weeks I’ve attempted to contact the company through Etsy, Facebook, 2 different email addresses, and by phone. I received one response saying they would look into it even though I sent them all of the information to show I received the wrong order. It’s been 15 days since then without response or resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Have tried contacting company about return for almost 2 months. Phone number on receipt is not theirs. No one answers phone and mail box is full on Google number looked up. No one has answered the 2 chat messages I sent them on their website. Also if you look up their company number on Google none of the other numbers given either work or are not theirs.

Really helpful staff but product did mot work for me.
