During an 18M project on our building (well, probably a 4M project, but they charged eighteen million dollars), they came into my unit, smashed the toilet, cracked the tile floor, broke a shelf, and then -- a cherry to show their contemptuous amateurism -- painted with primer over dried wall-paper glue. Too poorly trained or too lazy to prep the walls (the wallpaper didn't need removing in the first place -- professionals would have razored the borders and limited their damage), saving twenty minutes of their time cost five hours of mine. If you are doing due diligence and are considering trusting your building to these people, you are warned: Most of the five star reviews have only one or two other contributions, and should be taken with a grain of salt, since B&A is a large operation,

Was ok to talk to in-person but not very nice or considerate of my requests. I Tried calling over 10 times over 2 months to get ahold of someone to place a bid on a project and the one time I got an answer they said they would call back for a price but never followed up. Also caused me to waste huge amounts of time because they didn't tell me the necessary information on a project.

Extremely professional and organized General Contractor! They are all about safety and perfection! Not only are their jobs done right, but they look great! I highly recommend them!
