Bulovas Restorations

I was skeptical at first, and for a little while too. But I kept trusting the guys that came to our rescue, “Bulovas” and crew, when our basement flooded, kitchen flooded and LR/DR flooded. They cleared the area of mold, mildew, and damage. We have really bad airborn allergies to dust and mold too. They used plastic walls to protect us, and drop cloths to keep the house sanitary. I have to say I was very happy with their level of professionalism & willingness to deal with the insurance company to help us recover from the mess we were in. From the first conversation to the day-to-day on-site work, they operated like a top-tier restoration company — professional, thorough, and genuinely supportive during a stressful situation. A huge thank you to Francisco, Jonathan, and Jose — they were hardworking, respectful, and incredibly careful. And special appreciation to the on-site managers Yobani and Kenny, who kept everything organized, communicated clearly, and coordinated the moving of contents for inspection with calm confidence. My mother's condo recently suffered from fire and smoke damage. The team at Bulovas was exceptional from start to finish. They did an amazing job restoring the condo in a very detailed, meticulous fashion. This included ceilings, walls, floors, HVAC, and carpet cleaning. They handled all our personal property with care and didn't cut any corners, ensuring a job well done. Communication was always very clear throughout the process. After the team at Bulovas was done, the place is completely restored and looks pristine. The Team of Freddy, Francisco, and Manuel did a beautiful job cleaning our basement after a sewage leak. They were polite, organized, and took care of a very messy job in an orderly manner. From our first phone call to the final pick up of the air filter machine, the company was easy to deal with.
