She quickly identified the issue we were dealing with and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and how she was going to fix it. The only reason I rated the service 4 stars was that I had anticipated the visit to be scheduled on a weekend day per my previous conversations when starting the service. But, I understand scheduling mishaps sometimes happen and I received great service which is ultimately the most important. Thank you!
