Bumgarner Septic Tank & Grading

I couldn't have asked for two finer men's to come out for septic tank pumping. They were prompt, kind, speedy and informative on how to better keep my septic tank working properly. Also when I called in, the woman I spoke with was very professional and kind both times I spoke to her. I'm really impressed with this company and will recommend them to anyone that needs their services.

Do NOT hire Bumgarner! I was out of state for work when my wife sent me a text with pictures of water pooling where my septic tank lid was buried. This didn't make sense to me since we had just had the tank pumped in February (3 months ago). I told her to call Bumgarner and ask for them to come troubleshoot the system. My wife calls and the lady that answers the phone is very condescending and argued with her that we haven't had it pumped since 2023. My wife calls me clearly frustrated from her experience and filled me in on the conversation. I had pictures from when they came in February to confirm i was correct. Do Not Use Bumgarner! I paid $20,000 to have my entire septic system replaced. Tank and new lines. The alarm on the pump tank started alarming a few months after the install anytime it rained more than a few inches. I have called them multiple times about the issue and they still have not fixed the problem. Now it's worse. if there is a hard rain the alarm will sound. There is rain water getting into the tank. Now Bumgarners won't even return my calls. This has been going on for close to 3 years.
