Cannot say enough good things about this company. Very small operation but you would never know it. We had our broken gas fireplace converted back to a wood stove insert because the power bills just continuously skyrocket year over year. John and his son put that bad boy in within 5 hours and we had a fire going right before this cold snap coming through NC. And here’s the best part… 6k less than ANY COMPETITION IN THE AREA. If you’re tired of high power bills in the winter like we were, I highly recommend John and his wife Vicki’s operation. No sugar coating, no lies, no pushy sales pitch. I will recommend literally no other company for all things Chimney other than John Taylor and Clean Sweep Chimney Services. They are excellent in their communication, respond quickly to phone calls and emails. Their in person communication is also excellent. There's a lot of terms in this business I don't quite understand, and they took their time to thoroughly explain everything, go over all the issues we were having, and help us plan what to do going forward. If you need anything for Chimney services I cannot rate them high enough. We will trust no other company besides this one going forward!
