Don't even think about going anywhere else. This place is the best. Other "locksmiths" just come to your home and then go to them to fix the lock. Trusted, fairly priced and will get the job done. They helped fixed a tricky french door lock that is discontinued without breaking the bank.

They are extremely knowledgeable and to the point which I love. I’ve had over 200 keys copied here and they all worked no issues. Can’t say the same for other locksmiths I went to. Plus the prices are a 1/3 of other places I went to in the past. Wish I came here sooner than I did would have saved hundreds.

Took my broken Baldwin Mortise door lock to Bundy's Lock & Safe. This lock had 30 years of hard use as part of my outside security door. Max took this on like a surgeon with meticulous disassembly, degreasing and inspecting each part and he quickly diagnosed multiple problem areas. He took the time to show me the worn, broken parts and best of all, had all the replacement parts available which saved me a week+ on repair time. Max brought the lock back to like new, precision condition. Very impressive. The guys here cut me a set of new keys for two old locks that I wanted to reuse for a specific application. In the end it cost more than I anticipated, but it was my choice to try and salvage the original locks rather than replacing them, and after they explained the charges they were fair. In the end they did a great job and were patient and cordial even when I was a bit grumpy. That's on me, not them. I'll keep going back.

Professional, no nonsense approach. No discount for duplicating over 30 keys. Had to return three times. First return to confirm the first five keys made worked but didn't. Needed to be grinded a bit more at the end (not the tip, but at the end near where key is held) of the key for a flatter finish so can insert further into the key switch. Second return was to confirm the grinding worked so got the rest of the 30 keys made, but this time was done by a another guy whom I informed would need extra flattening towards the handle end of the key. He nodded saying he understood. Returned third time with the additional 25 keys for more grinding. This time done by the second guy who off-handedly mentioned was sorry I had to make so many trips to get the keys done right.
