burch's is absolutely the best roofing contractor there is! they have come out for emergency repairs for windstorm damage in the past and have handled the repairs expertly at a reasonable cost. kevin recommended a new replacement roof since our roof was getting old and would most likely need more frequent repairs. we got on their wait list. it took over a year before they could fit us in. it was definitely worth the wait. they showed up when they said they would and kept us informed about everything they were doing. very professional work at a fair price! they went all around our house several times when they were done making sure everything was cleaned up. the new roof looks great! we are looking forward to the rainy season now!

Amazing response! Had a hell of a wind storm last night which caused the top of the tree to break off and puncture my metalg arage roof. Who was the size of 3 ft x 3 ft. I called burchs roofing that morning and they called me back within 5 minutes. They stated they'd be right out while it was still pouring and severe wind storm was still happening. They assessed the situation and said they'd be back the very next day because they needed to get supplies. It's a good thing they didn't go up on the roof and fix it that day because within an hour of them leaving I had a lightning strike to a tree not more than 15 ft away. As I said they were out at my house first thing the next day and fix the roof within an hour. Incredible response and did a great job.

A professional and ethical roofing company in Florence, OR. Out to assess and estimate roof damage/entrance points from bats to a 1 year old roof (done by a different, unnamed contractor) within 48 hrs. of our contact. The work was scheduled and performed within the week. Crew showed up as scheduled, work completed in 1 day, communicated well with us and charges were extremely reasonable.
