We partnered with Burgard for our initial build out of our 35000 square foot facility in 2023, they did all of our plumbing and drainage, did a very professional job and we are happy with everything that they performed. They broke up concrete, installed sub-slab piping and new plumbing for our facility, plumbed our commercial kitchen and bathrooms. Writing this review 3 years after the work was completed, their plumbing has been perfect with no issues. I even called on them for my home plumbing I was so impressed! Their staff is professional and courteous, maintaining a standard that I have only seen with few contractors, delivering more than our expectations! Called Burgard to come scope my line with a camera to make sure everything was clean. Setting up an appointment was very easy. Mr. Gauge and Mr. Telly came over to run the camera in my sewage line. They were extremely detailed and professional. Explained everything upfront. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the process and gave me steps to repair the problem going forward. I’d recommend these guys to anyone.

Called them as I had a glowing recommendation from a friend who is a contractor. Sherri was very professional in meeting the needs that I had. I had the most pleasant experience in dealing with Burgard, and will definitely do business with them in the future. Receptionist was very helpful and pleasant. She updated me on the time technician would be arriving. The work I had done was to my satisfaction. Technician came out to evaluate my problem (outdoor water leak) late Friday afternoon and came to make repairs first thing Monday morning. He assured me that water leak was a slow leak and could wait until Monday (which was correct). Both technicians were professional and completed work in timely manner. Called again a month later for kitchen faucet repair and was again very pleased with service I received. I would definitely recommend
