Mr. Burk arrived at our home and immediately went about troubleshooting our problems. He quickly diagnosed our problem which lead to determining that our pump had burned out. He asked questions of us to arrive at the correct diagnosis. When making the repairs needed he recommended two inexpensive upgrades to our system to help prevent future problems. I really appreciated his willingness to describe the problems we were having, the necessary repairs needed, and upgrades to help protect our well pump. Thanks to Mr. Burk we once again have nice clean water and great water pressure. I highly recommend Burk Drilling Inc. for all your well needs. Very professional and willing to share all the steps he was taking to fix our problems.
Pump failed, he had us up and running with a new pump in 24 hours. Would definitely recommend
