I put my Account in my name instead of my Business. I received 1 check from previous year because I couldn’t cash it . I have $3200 in capital credits but have only received 1 check 34.00 .. when I opened my Business I was forced to put a huge deposit down when I closed my business I had no deposit since I used it to help my bills from Covid all along it thought I was receiving help from slvrec now I feel ignored over these capital credits.. / check since 2021 !!!! Not right !!! ...so an update I no longer have any business or personal account..the capital credits isn’t much when you get it ..but it’s going on 3 years and I haven’t heard back …So there’s a huge outstanding amount of capital credits not claimed …are they still collecting interest on everyone’ else’s money..I think I’m bei

An ignorant customer service person told me that if I was late on payment I would be charged an extra $30. She ommitted the fact that my power would be disconnected after 4 days and that I would then have to pay the entire amount on my bill (with additional late fees) to restore power. NOT the way you treat a single mom with a child who was hungry 2 days ago and can't pay my rent now. All the precious new food in my fridge is compromised. I called in advance to make sure this wouldn't happen and I was given bad information. The customer service representative on the phone this time showed no remorse and refused to believe that the other person gave me bad information. Very upset and disappointed. Shout out this morning to Tomas Arguello! When I reported to dispatch that several of us in South Fork have been experiencing 10 pm brief power outages for about a week, Tomas called to let me know REC is aware of the problem and are working to rectify it. He was so professional on the phone with me. What a treasure! 🤩 Need to add another shout out to Marvin who just stopped by my house to make sure I understood what is causing the brief 10pm outages.
