I just completed my third project in 3 years with Burlington. Eric made the entire process transparent, cost-competitive, on time, and easy - yet again! Tremendous value. Good, trustworthy people. Installer Marcello and his team from Willow Flooring demolished old tile and laminate floors with care, and installed new flooring with extraordinary attention to detail. Courteous and communicative, they treated my home as though it were their own. From start to finish, I cannot recommend more highly.

Eric and the team at Burlington Carpet were a tremendous help in picking out carpet for my son's room. The installation people were on time, clean and courteous. We will definitely be back when we do my daughter's room in a few weeks.

Representative came out to give an estimate. Told us he left his tape measure at his last job. He never called or came back. This is extremely unprofessional.

Eric was a pleasure to work with and was extremely patient with our indecisiveness. He provided many samples for us to help us choose what was right for our space. He helped us to make a solid decision, and we are thrilled with the outcome. The communication with Eric and his staff was incredibly responsive, patient and thorough. Eric accommodated our timeline and finished the job ahead of schedule. The installers were meticulous with both their work and their clean up. It was a pleasure to have them in our building and look forward to using them for future jobs. I highly recommend their services. You will not be disappointed.
