Jason May and Vaughn have not shown up to complete our job. They took money from us and cashed our final payment check (which we left on the fridge - and which they said they would not take unless they finished the job that day). Instead, we came home to an unfinished job and the check gone and already cashed at our bank. They have not returned calls or come back to complete the job. I hope this review gets their attention. Otherwise, the police report I file will. Right now, they're crooks. I hope there is a good explanation, however, from the other reviews I've seen, I think we just got robbed.

Jason did a great job. He is very professional. Responded to my call quick and came next day to install my curtain rods throughout my home. He was quick, efficient. He is very knowledgeable and did quality work. I am glad to know I found a great handy man now when I need things done around my home.

After countless calls to various Repair Professionals, They were the only ones willing to come assess my kitchen plumbing nightmare. Within 45min Jayson arrived at my home. 15min later my issue was resolved! Apparently, it was small but common issue with a simple quick fix. but willing Very grateful to have found these guys! There was no charge! Then, after respectfully turning down my continual attempts to tip, Jayson simply requested I take a business card and consider them for any potential future repairs. The first time, they were on time but very expensive. The second time, we needed a thermostat installed He was supposed to come before 10 am on wednesday, never showed up On Friday morning he showed up unexpectedly. He charged us $160.00 which is outrageous for 30 minutes of work. We could not bresk s 20 so he was supposed to return the ten which he never did He promised to fix the ceiling in my bedroom and drop off an estimate which he never did. If you want to use them, make sure you get a price before they start. I had a thermostat installed s few years ago for 35 dollars and my neighbor was going to do it for 20. Use them at your own risk.

I woke up this morning to a light fixture that fell from the wall. I immediately called JJ&S at 7 am sharp and Jason answered he was polite and ready to assist with my problem. Now what makes this situation unique us that Jason came out to my home this morning during the winter storm! He was professional not only did he fix the light fixture he also fixed a few other problems. Needless to say I've found a great handyman that I can trust and is good at his job! Thank you Jason. I look forward to working with you again.
