I just had a pool installed a couple of days ago. The installers were great( Brian and Tyler) However there was a small leak on the light mechanism. When I called to let Burnett Pools know the installers came out very next morning to address it. Turns out it was a defective part. The manger (Willy) went got a new part and came and replaced it. Not to mention he was so helpful with explaining in detail about chemicals, backwash etc. I couldn't be happier with my experience and I now feel confident that I can handle keeping this pool clear. Also a huge shout-out to Nick Mays for keeping in touch with me thru this whole experience!

We recently acquired a pool when we bought our house. I've never had a pool and had no idea how to do anything. Burnett was very helpful with all of the water tests and telling me specifically how much to add of each chemical. The water went from cloudy and 6" visibility to crystal clear and looking amazing. I learned a lot, as everyone that has helped me (at least 5 different people) is just as knowledgeable as the other. Very grateful.

We always get our pool chemicals from Burnett. Recently we bought a spa from them. It is fantastic. They have been great with customer service answering our questions and helping us get setup. I was already in need of more BacquaSpa Oxidizer, because we use it so much. I went in today to get some. The lady that helped me got me exactly what I needed and told me to wait until the big spring sale to get anything else that I didn't need right now. I thought that I might need some Waterline Control before then. She went into the back and found a complete startup kit that she could put on the shelf and simply gave it to me for FREE to get me by until the end of April. Burnett Pools is the best. They are always helpful, friendly, and take care of us each and every time. Thank you!

After at least seven months of back and forth , several home visits and a $500 deposit, the company drained my pool and then called ON THE DAY they were supposed to start repairs to tell me they would not be doing the job. They would be subbing it out to someone out of state who would not be in town for several weeks. This left us with an empty pool that we cannot use for the rest of the summer and very little options. They literally had over seven months to tell us that they were Incapable of doing the job. Unprofessional & Dishonorable
