Had Mike and team do a complete performance upgrade on my ‘04 Road King (124ci S&S engine, suspension, clutch, pipes, tune, etc). Bike is AWESOME. Mike will shoot you straight and help you make good decisions about your bike. Highly recommend.

Mike has worked on my motorcycles since 2016 and I have never had a bad experience. This time around he made the vision I had for my 2018 Indian Chieftain Limited to look way more Indian and way less Street Glide come from idea to reality. I cannot stress how much better it looks than I imagined it would. The paint quality is top notch, matches perfectly, and the attention to detail is, dare I say, better then factory. And because the factory fit and finish was second to none, that is saying a lot. If you need work done on your motorcycle, want to buy a pre-owned bike or just need a scheduled service, Burn Out Alley is well worth the ride.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for a fuel management system for my street glide. Mike gave me a great deal on a V&H Fuelpak 3. He showed me how to download the app. on my phone and how to work the system. He installed a new breather on my bike I really like (see the attached photo!) Also performed other maintenance on my bike. Was very satisfied with is work and his advice. Thank you Mike.

Mr Mike is an awesome guy went there with some issues communication was great he kept me updated on my bike and when I got it back it rides just as smooth as it did when I bought it but with more power !! Stand up guy will awesome work and very professional and very clean shop
