Comfort Services has taken fantastic care of me and my family members for YEARS. Their office manager and the owner herself are not only seasoned professionals; they are also just downright good folks who genuinely care about their customers. An additional sweet fact is that their excellent technicians are very kind to pets, and that truly means a lot to me and my family. Maybe Comfort Services has a “Must Love Animals” clause on their job applications! Anyway, we are very happy and safe with Comfort Services and will always be loyal to such an excellent company.

We called for gas log service and assistance to start our fireplace’s pilot light. We were scheduled for early February, and actually received outstanding service, two days after my initial request (due to a cancellation). The service tech was kind and very helpful. He explained everything he was doing, as well as what to do in the future. He was very communicative and respectful. Good job to our technician, William, good job Comfort Services.

William did an amazing job cleaning and getting our log fireplace running again. He explained everything In detail so we could understand how to run it safely as it is older. Comfort Systems responded as soon as possible to my heat outage during this most recent snow storm. They came out even though the snow was everywhere. The tech quickly identified the problem and solved it in the same short visit as he had the necessary parts on the truck. I love that I didn’t have to wait until Monday for normal business hours to resolve our furnace blackout. Their responsiveness prevented a potential disaster by bringing heat back to my home during some of the coldest days of the year.
