Had Burns concrete deliver me 2 loads road base 2 loads drive way gravel They used independent hauler They were on time , very easy to deal With, the product is very good...except I definitely went over board on driveway gravel.. I think 1 load could have worked.. but my bad🤣 Overall price and product exceeded my expectations. The independent hauler was nice,and I did a great job laying 2 loads of road base out I would recommend using them. They are great!😁 (No, I am not related to them)

We had two loads of concrete delivered after hours on a Friday night. The men that came out we're very patient with us and very great to work with. I would highly recommend them, baby that's a great job. Thank you Burns

We use burns for 6-8 trucks with pups for gravel of multiple sizes, each week. Don in dispatch does an awesome job and will get you your material as soon as possible, we speak regularly, if a sooner date comes up he will see if you want it then instead. Randy does an awesome job at making sure all ends are tied up so that they don't get into trouble with promised deadlines or other in house needs. However, the workforce is slim, you may have to be patient at this time.

If and once they show up the drivers do a good job. That being said they are always booked out, put you on a waiting list, then when they call you to schedule for a cancelation they had, they end up showing up 45 min late. Not that this is uncommon in this industry, would like to find a company with higher standards and integrity. Maybe it's too much to ask, which is sad... Also they told us to not use retardant in the mix, which we actually could have used to make the pour easier...

I have used Burns Concrete several times in the past, always happy with the service. The reason I'm doing this review is to recognize their Production Manager Randy Kosola. Doing a job for a neighbor, I saw the driver accidentally hit my mailbox. I called in to Burns and let them know what happened, and I couldn't have been more impressed with how quick Randy was to make sure it was taken care of. He was genuinely interested in taking care of it as quickly as possible. Thanks!
