Burns Pest Elimination

I’m assuming the have average rates but they have a "wait and see" mentality. If you hire them to eliminate a rodent or pest problem expect that they will give some advice and probabilities without actual solutions. The efforts they provided caused more damages without the extermination of the rodents, which turned out to be months worth of destruction from a single rat. One rat has belittled my trust of professional pest control companies, we named him Master Splinter.

Just got back from my apartments spray down in the exterminator decided the best place to leave a bunch of sticky traps still filled with bugs is on my cutting boards and not anywhere else This is literally one of the grossest most disturbing things I've seen a quote unquote professional company do what other kind of nasty things are they doing in my house that I'm not aware of. Absolute garbage service I'm not happy

I live in Copper Point aparrments and Burns Pest is the exterminator they use. I wasn't scheduled for treatment today so Randy added me last minute. Michael was my technician, he was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. I appreciate the time he took to answer my questions about the product and it's safety for my dogs. Jesus Torres has been our technician, and he consistently provides excellent service. He gave us plenty of notice for the upcoming appointment and was very clear and courteous in his communication.
