Burns Pest Elimination

Milo (Michael) is fantastic. My apartment building, Newport at Amphi, had their yearly pest control spray, and Milo was very cautious when spraying near my electronics, cat litter box and other areas I had concerns about. He is personable, knowledgeable and he sprayed my unit perfectly. He was observant where my cat was at all times, as to not spray him accidentally. Milo(Michael) is an exceptional example of what a well trained professional pest control employee of your company should always be. Thank you.

I’ve been dealing with a roof rat infestation for two years. Multiple pest control company’s have come out and failed miserably at getting rid of the problem. Julio has been so patient, kind, and professional. Making something as stressful as this, a little bit easier. The company comes out when they say they will. They stay consistent, and really go above and beyond to get the service done. I really appreciate the attention to detail that’s put into helping customers and being honest and open through the process. It’s just made it so much easier.

The representative Ben that was sent did a phenomenal job, he arrived perfect timing, explained everything in detail of job coverage and when to call back and follow up watering to settle it all. He was so kind and respectful, his work is to praised and his timing was amazing. I hope someone in management sees this because Ben is quality and defines the service every customer thrives for. Thank you again to Ben for all his work and you deserve a raise for your customer appreciation. Service wasn't listed but it was weed spray in the yard.

About 45 minutes on 2/17/2026 ago a Service guy from BURN’S PEST ELIMINATION serviced my apartment thoroughly. Then and without smiling he told me twice not to lick the pesticide off the walls! This was uncalled for, derogatory,disrespectful and racist! I’m not an animal so why was there a need for the guy to say this to me? I told my apartments I did not ever want this person/ company to service me again! Unprofessional, rude and racist.. I’m black and he was white! Does this company tell all the black clients not to lick the pesticide off the wall? Never again!!
