Update 11/2025: After a major recent downpour some soil sunk a few inches where Burpee's had to dig a hole a few months ago. I called the 24 hour phone line, and two of Burpee's on call plumbers came to our home in the middle of the storm to assess the issue. I asked since some soil had not compacted if they can backfill. Sure enough the team returned after the storm to add top soil and put everything back that had sunk in. Burpee's is a good company who warrnants their work. August 2025: Burpee's plumbing was great. They are experts at relining pipes so our plumber contracted with them on a major job for our old plumbing system. It involved relining our main sewer line due to roots and cracks in the piping. Super informative and just a customer service expert. You handled our calls with care and ensured I was understanding of the service and what to expect. Couldn’t have asked for more.
