I had an excellent experience working with Frank on selecting an engineering wood floor to replace the carpet in my two rooms and replace the baseboards. He was very knowledgeable about the floor products and recommended an experienced installation team to do the installation and corrected an existing staircase issue. I would definitely recommend Burroughs to all my friends and family.

We recently installed LVP flooring through our entire home with Burroughs Hardwoods and we are beyond thrilled. Frank and Carl were great to work with. They were so knowledgeable and patient while we were deciding on the type and color flooring for our home. And Evan and his crew did an outstanding job installation our flooring. Evan came to our house several times beforehand when we had questions about how he was going to install certain rooms. Every day we look around and can’t believe how beautiful our flooring looks and how lucky we were to have selected Burroughs for our project.

I just had water resistant laminate flooring placed in my daughter’s room this Sunday. Frank was super helpful and kind and explained all the various types of flooring to us! He let us take many samples home and was super patient with two indecisive girls! Evan came to install the flooring and he did an excellent job! He is Brazilian (and Brazilians are the BEST at doing floors!!) he took his time and made sure each piece fit in perfectly! He was also courteous in my home and went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean before he left. Burroughs hardwood is a great family owned store and they made the experience very easy and enjoyable! I will definitely use them again for my next flooring project!

I have purchased several products from Burroughs and always had a good experience doing business with Frank and the team. However, they carry a vinyl tile brand called Home Legend. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT! It was installed on a brand new sub floor and failed within a year, and the manufacturer did not honor their warranty. You can look up this company on Google Maps and read the reviews to see that I am not the only one who had this issue.

This is a first-class, professional operation across the board. Every aspect of my floor installation was done with great thought and care. Frank in the store is wonderful to deal with. Evan and his crew who spent the day at my house did the job with tremendous care. They treated my home and family as if it were their own. Highly recommended.
