Landon at Burtner went above and beyond to solve my electrical issues today. He explained all aspects of the job, was courteous and respectful. Arrived right on time, and I will request him for my next job. Thanks for a job well done!

They advertised whisper vent fan replacement services, so we had our noisier bathroom fans replaced by them in early 2023. The first round, one of the fans fell out of the ceiling when I tried to change the lightbulb in it. They promptly came out to fix it (2nd guys marveled at how bad of a job the original guys did). Fast forward a year, I had insulation work done and was informed the shower vent fan wasn't connected to the exhausts pipe, so I called Burtner Electric to have them rectify this. I was informed that wasn't there job....?!?! Seriously? How is that not a part of replacement services?! Not only that, but I discovered they tossed the old fan in my insulation rather than disposing of it properly. Shameful business integrity, if you ask me.

Burtner was the electrical company that installed all the wiring when my house was built so I turned to them to add an additional can light and wiring for a new wall light. From beginning to end, they were very professional and kind and did great work. David came out to give me a quote and once I agreed on pricing, I worked with Sarah to set up appointments to get the work done. Both were very pleasant to work with and the crew that came out was great too. I had to have minimal drywall repair done and they outsourced that as well and Tom who did the work was a pleasure. It was also easy to get an appointment that was within a 2 week time frame which was nice.

Easy to contact and schedule. Jake came on time, diagnosed the problem, fixed with parts in stock. Turned out to be the electrical switch and not the fan, so significant cost savings. Was able to also diagnose another outlet problem while he was here and fixed that too. Wore shoe covers and was respectful of property. Pleased with price as well.

They installed a chandelier on a 20 foot ceiling. Finished assembling and installing the fixture in 1.5 hours! Also installed a dimmer switch. The price paid was very reasonable. Thanks!
