I had just bought a house in Anderson that I noted had a broken well cap. I was looking to have the cap replaced and the well sanitized. The first guys that came told me a line of crap about how they had to make a new well cap from aluminum plate because they don't make that one anymore and the pump would have to be removed to flush the well, inspect the pump in order to sanitize it. This was a red flag for me because I have had several homes that had a well and sanitized them myself before. Those guys were quoting figures into the several thousands for the repair. I then called Bisby they showed up very fast and i talked with Jon. It was obvious I was talking to the right guys to do the work he informed me that the well cap is most definitely still manufactured and they could get one in

I had asked my original well driller if I could have a manual hand pump installed on my well head. He said it "can't" be done...that I didn't have enough room. I then called Busby Drilling Company, and not only could they do it, they were also an authorized dealer of Simple Pump (the brand I wanted to install)! I love having the peace of mind I'll always have a clean water source, no matter the situation. Busby ROCKS! They did what "can't" be done!

The men that came out to my house were so professional and hard-working. They came out the day I called them & returned the next morning. They worked hard fixing the problem with my well. I was so pleased with them. I even called the owner to tell them what nice gentleman they were. I would highly recommend this company. It’s refreshing to have a company in the service industry that treats customers the way they should be treated.

Woke up to no water on one of the coldest days of the year. John and his partner from busby well co. In anderson Indiana arrived quickly and replaced my pump. Great job. They know what they are doing. We need techs like them. Thank God and both of you

Water lines from well to house ruptured, had water coming up out in the yard. Called Busby, someone actually answered the phone, took my info and within 5 minutes had a call back. Described what was going on and he said they would be there in 45 minutes. One and a half hours later fixed and water back on. Also took a look at my bladder tank, manifold and pressure switch while here. I highly recommend them, very knowledgeable and professional.
