Z.A.M Bam Plumbing LLC

My 91 year old mother’s water heater was not heating. We have a home warranty and were assigned z.a.m. bam plumbing to do the work. We had an appointment on 2/13 which was a Friday, but they assured me if they had a cancellation earlier in the week they would get to mom sooner. I am always a bit apprehensive that they would actually move her if possible. But thankfully they did exactly as they said and came on 2/11 and evaluated the situation. Then returned this morning 2/12 to make the repair. My mom is now up and running, hot water all restored all before the original appointment. Dispatcher was kind and kept her word, Miguel the technician was efficient and helpful. So thankful for their expedient help!! Thank you!

Miguel and his staff member came out today to install a Puritan Water Softener. There were some complications due to relocating where the softener was located. I really appreciated how hard working and diligent they were despite it taking longer than it may typically take. I’d hire them again for sure.

Miguel and the team just finished another project at my home and I couldn’t be more pleased. Their professionalism and attention to detail are first class. Everything was cleaned up when they were finished. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. I would definitely recommend doing business with these guys.

Just wanted to say that Miguel and crew are very professional and did a exceptional job ! We had to have them come out to clear a blockage of tree roots in our outside drain system.
