I had a heater installed in my garage by Chad and Evan from Busch Heating and Cooling, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Chad and Evan were professional, friendly, and clearly knew their stuff. They showed up on time, walked me through the installation process, and answered all my questions without rushing. Their workmanship was top-notch, and they paid close attention to detail, making sure everything was installed correctly and safely. They left the garage clean and made sure the heater was running perfectly before they left. The difference it has made is huge—my garage is now warm and comfortable, even in cold weather. We had no hot water on Friday, I reached out on Saturday to see if they could install a hot water heater. I sent some pictures, was sent an estimate, financing info, after everything was approved they came to install the new hot water heater Monday at 12pm. My husband was home when the installers came, he had NOTHING BUT GOOD things to say about the whole process. The guys were very professional, cleaned up and vacuumed before they left! Would totally recommend Busch!!!!

The people I have dealt with at Busch have all been wonderful. From the person who answers the phone and deals with the customers to the serviceman, they have been considerate, patient and knowledgeable. Brandon always takes the time to answer my questions and make sure I understand what he is doing. I highly recommend Busch.
