I was wondering exactly who to choose after a storm when I called several places and half didn’t sound that interested or seemed to be that thorough about checking my house out. Then, I called Brad and THAT was my lucky call !! He was interested, friendly, seemed so very sincere and I ask him if he would come check out my house. He said, yes and we decided on a day and time. So he came, checked my home figured everything up and added some suggestions I hadn’t thought of and I knew after his visit that his was the company I wanted to go with!! I did, BRAD took care of everything, was so dependable, helpful, made positive suggestions, worked with the Insurance company and I ended up VERY satisfied with the work that was done and the finished job his company did with my home! Element Roofing and Exteriors provided us with exceptional service, and in the end a beautiful new CertainTeed LANDMARK PRO MAX DEF roof. Brad worked with our insurance adjuster while continually keeping us in the loop and made sure all details were covered. We all know it is hard to pick out the perfect shingle from a board or a book. Brad provided us a few addresses close to our home, where we were able to drive past and get a better idea of what an entire roof would look like. Our roof has many peaks, valleys, sun tunnels, sky lights and even a good size solar panel, all of which were replaced or reset without any issues. Care and caution were clearly taken around our pool, landscaping. Cleanup was done at the end of every day. I highly recommend Element Roofing and Exteriors.

After a storm, I called 4 companies to give estimates. Out of the 4, Brad was prompt, courteous & friendly & completed a very thorough inspection with photos. The other 2 seemed uninterested & the 3rd never showed. Brad explained the whole process to us & said he would handle working with the insurance company to make it as painless as possible for us. We knew we had our guy. You could tell his reputation was important to him being the owner & he wanted to uphold that reputation by doing a great job for his customers. The other companies didn’t say anything about the gutters/downspouts, fascia, window screens,etc & when I mentioned the dinged up metal awning patio cover, they both told me the insurance wouldn’t cover that & they wouldn’t fight for that with them. As a homeowner, there are some projects that you dread and are overwhelming. For me, our roof replacement was one of those.
