Bushland Roofing

Not sure where to start. First Ryan was professional and came in with a very fair quote. That was the good. The bad. My roof was installed and looked like crap day one. They damaged plants Ryan reimbursed for the damage the first time it happened. They came back the following spring to correct all the stuff that was wrong sadly it still was not corrected then they came out again this time sliced shingles to get rid of the fish mouthed shingles verse replacing them and again the work was crap this was insane my roof was new but never looked new. Ryan did settle with me $2000 refunded and I had another company come out and install a brand new roof complete tear down. Note Ryans crew did a tear off but left the old felt paper in place this was part of the issue with the new roof they installe

We requested a quote online and received a response the same day. We were contacted directly by Ryan, the owner as a follow up. We were able to negotiate what we felt was a reasonable price, lower than the competitors. We were scheduled for our roof replacement within 2 weeks of our estimate. In addition we were out of town during the replacement. The job took 2 days total. Ryan met with our adult son for a walk through prior to payment. We returned to a clean exterior. We were very pleased with the entire process and highly recommend the workmanship of Bushland Roofing.

Ok, I found Bushland Roofing through a bulletin at st Marks church in Meridian… Ryan did get the job done 6/5/23 however, I had a few run ins with his crew… Ryan was hardly there… first they didn’t fully clean my roof after removal of old singles and the lead guy told me “it’s better that way as you will have more protection/insulation” :) I asked Ryan to instruct his crew to remove All old underlayment paper… than they spliced 3 pieced of drip edge in the front of my house over garage… it was too long for one pice but splicing 2 should be max! Spoke to Ryan and it was fixed! So, because I watched I believe 🤞 the job was done well however, if I didn’t know better and wasn’t watching corners would have been cut! My home had some missing shingles after a storm in 2022, so we got started with the insurance claim process. Initially, the insurance company did not want to pay out, saying our shingles were not installed correctly. :( Once Bushland Roofing and Solar came out and performed a free roof inspection, they were able to work with the adjusters and show them tons of pictures (from on top of the roof) to get the repair cost covered! :) We even had a quote from a different roofing company, whose bid was a LOT more than BRS. The work was done quickly and efficiently, they even helped fix my gutters which were not draining correctly and also built a new stand for my rain barrel!!! Bushland just finished and our roof looks great. The guys did an amazing job not only with the install, but also the cleanup. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.
