Busy Bees Locks & Keys Locksmith

It's been awhile since I had all my outside doors re-keyed. It was done back on Dec. 10, 2025. I generally like to wait a bit to review, because I think it's nice to be able to report how things hold up over time, as well as what the quality of work was initially. I'm happy to report that I am very satisfied with everything about the work I had done by Busy Bees! I wish I could include the technician's name here, but it seems to have been removed from the text messages that we exchanged back then. At any rate, she was excellent: on time, helpful, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, efficient. Totally excellent. All the locks and keys have been working smoothly with no problems from the day they were installed, all the way until now, two months later, and no problems in sight

Huge shoutout to Busy Bees!! I have a BMW motorcycle with German engineered luggage locks that I needed picked. A locksmith arrived at my home but discovered that these locks were unable to be opened with conventional picking. Shortly thereafter the manager called me and said they were not giving up yet. He spoke with the owner of Busy Bee and she okayed the ordering of a special (and expensive) tool designed to defeat the more secure locking system. The tool showed up in a couple of days, they called, I arrived, and my luggage was unlocked in a couple of minutes. That level of commitment to purpose is uncommon and I want to publicly thank them for not giving up and finding a way to deliver what I needed! Great work from a great team of professionals!!

This was my first service by Busy Bees. I called a few other companies and got estimates before deciding to move forward. Busy Bees was the only one who gave me a hard quote that was a reasonable price. I had a great experience with Sean and Kyle. Sean came out yesterday, and tried to open a safe, and his tool broke so today he had Kyle come back. Kyle worked his backside off to get the safe open and succeeded. No additional charges, no upselling. Just excellent, on-time, reliable service by two gentlemen for a reasonable and the agreed-upon-beforehand price. I would HIGHLY recommend. Busy Bees will be my first and only call from now on. Thank you!

Wonderful service. The locksmiths were respectful, professional, knowledgeable and quick. They helped with some sticky locks and even worked on my back door hinge so it closed better. I highly recommend and will use them again in the future if needed.

Mike and Nate at the Santee location are outstanding! They assisted me with a truck cover lock, and their teamwork made the process seamless. Both were friendly and professional, and I’m definitely going to remain a customer. This was my first experience with Busy Bees, and I'm so glad it turned out well!
