Aaron D. was knowledgeable and very polite! Only issue was an alert message on 3-ton unit he wasn't able to retrieve. Service tech at last maintenance appt. (dont remember his name) said "It's not serious, they'll clear it next time you have maintenance", which I thought was weird at the time! Photo of panel screen included.

He was well dressed, had great knowledge of the system and was very very professional. The best tech I have ever had to service the hvac by far. And I have been dealing witj Butcher for over 15 years. If he has not been givin a recent pay increase give him one!
